P Portrait, a custom photo studio, in Camarillo, is happy to be participating in our Family Portrait Days.  Dedicating themselves to beautiful custom portraiture and excellent customer service, each client is special to them and no custom request is unusual. P Portrait donates all of their time and talent to the ACHS PTSA for this fundraiser. None of your donation goes to P Portrait. 1. Donate $15 to the ACHS PTSA – Hand deliver or mail this completed form and your check to the address below.
2. You will receive a post card listing your photo session appointment date and time. Every effort will be made to schedule you according to your preferred date and time, which you will have marked below. However, appointments will be made on a first come/first served basis, and appointment times are very limited. So get your donation in to the ACHS PTSA early.
3. Immediately after your photo session you will be able to view and choose your complimentary 8x10, and any additional photographs, framing, CD’s (digital negatives) and additional studio and/or location custom photo sessions, you wish to purchase. The additional photo items can be purchased with cash or check only and must be paid at the time of your photo session in order to guarantee delivery in time for Mother’s Day.
